Mark Chambers was introduced to motorsports at an early age. As a child, Chambers went the local racetrack with his grandfather, who raced at the local dirt tracks in and around their hometown of Bowling Green, Ind. Chambers’ family spent endless hours preparing their cars to race each Friday and Saturday night.

Tommy Baldwin Jr.’s career in racing was probably born on the same day he was. The son of a veteran racer, Baldwin grew up around the short tracks of the Northeast watching and later helping his father earn more than 250 career racing victories, including six wins in the NASCAR Modified Series.

Jeff Hensley returns as crew chief of the No. 5 Toyota Tundra in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series with driver Mike Skinner. Hensley has worked in NASCAR for more than 25 years and is hoping that his longevity in the sport will help put the No. 5 truck in both victory lane and the championship hunt in 2008.

Trip Bruce began his racing career at the age of 18 racing Late Models and Grand Stocks at Southside Speedway in Richmond, Va. It was during this time that Bruce became acquainted with car owner Don Beverly. In 1989, he joined Beverly’s team as a fabricator and mechanic.
